🍳泰式咖哩歐姆蛋 （高蛋白、減醣）
最近在café 吃到泰式綠咖哩炒蛋，驚為天人啊，一直忍不住想吃，但每份動則$300多塊台幣($15AUD)，貴貴的。決定自己動手做，不但料多又省錢，做法也超簡單的。
想增肌減脂，多點蛋白質、纖維質，不想吃碳水的朋友們，這道吃完真的很有飽足感。
{食材}
✔️三顆蛋
✔️一大匙泰式咖哩醬（紅醬、綠醬都可）
✔️蔬菜 （我用了洋蔥、櫛瓜、紅蘿蔔、青椒）

✔️1 tbsp Thai curry Red or Green paste ✔️veggies (I used onion, zucchini, carrots & green capsicum)
